Once your order/or quote is placed, one of our account managers will call, email or fax you a contract for your review. To secure the date of your event and equipment needed, a 50% deposit is required and due at the time of confirmation of your order and signed confirmation of the Rental Agreement is received. If needed. One of our Event Specialists may be available for an on site consultation, their services are FREE!
Delivery fees may vary from city to city based on the location and specific time restraints needed. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted as a round trip fee depending on your location, there is a minimum order amount that must be met before delivery charges are applied. If a more specific time is needed, there will be additional charges. Because our trucks have many deadlines during the day, we do not schedule specific times for all delivers. If delivery is to your home, we will ask for a place where we can leave the equipment (garage, deck etc…) if you are not home, but we strongly recommend that someone be available onsite for delivery and pick up count, (to avoid miscount on items or equipment). If the delivery is to a business or venue, we will ask for hours of operations. We are capable of accommodating most situations, including weekends and late nights. Typically we can have your items ready for pickup within a day. If an order is placed before 10am then we can usually have that order ready by end of day.
Prices quoted are usually for a one-day rental however weekly and monthly rates are available. Please ask for further pricing information.
Currently, we do not have a retail space open to the general public at this time. If you’d like to visit our facility to inspect certain inventory or talk about a fabrication project please use the contact us form and request an appointment.
Along with any art pieces and custom merchandise that you can find here on our website, we may sell certain expendable items such as fake blood and printed items designed to be altered (coloring book, scratch off ticket, etc). Also, If you would like to purchase some of our walls, windows, and/or other set pieces for your show please don't hesitate to ask!
Currently, Somewhere Alley has a very limited amount of furnishings in our inventory. As of right now, our department is focused on sound and lighting equipment as well as some industrial pieces. We also offer smaller pieces such as vintage electronics, personal items, prop weapons, and other portable items. We do have some lighting options and occasional chairs so please contact us if you have a specific request regarding furniture as we may be able to help source something for you.
As long as the equipment is available for the extended period, you may extend the time of your rental. If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us and we will have you resubmit your forms. Extensions are entirely at the company's discretion: if your request is denied, you must return the gear on the existing return date.
We will need contact information, pick-up and delivery information, a list of the equipment needed, as well as the dates for your show/event.
Yes, we do. There is an additional charge for these services and they are based on our staff availability. Set up for flats, dance floor, and stage will be included with the labor charge.

We accept all major cards, (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) cash and checks. Our payment policy requires a 50% deposit at time of Contract and copy of Rental Agreement. Full payment is required at least a day prior your delivery.
Your order may be placed but it is not reserved until a signed Rental Agreement is received. Changes to an order, increasing or decreasing quantities, can be made up to three days prior to the scheduled delivery date. On site reductions are subject to full rental fees. On site additions are subject to additional delivery fees, if equipment is available.
Yes, at our locations an emergency line is available for urgent needs. You will be prompted to our voicemail that will direct your call to one of our “On Duty Staff”, Urgent situations or needs are considered to be events happening that day or night. (845) 802-6657
