Return and Refund Policy

Our payment policy requires a 50% deposit at time of Contract and copy of Rental Agreement. Full payment is required at least a day prior your delivery.
All custom orders are final.
All deposits for custom work are non-refundable
If you have any questions or would like to extend/alter your rental period for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us by call/text (recommended) or e-mail
Items returned after the agreed upon date without prior authorization is subject to late fees
Any items returned without proper padding will have an automatic $100.00 charge in addition to damages.
Damages must be reported to the personnel and recorded before leaving the dock.
All lost & irreparably damaged items will be charged at 3 times the replacement value.
